Resident Experience & Leasing Specialist

Evergreen Real Estate Group in St. Albans, Vermont, is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to serve as the first contact for prospective residents and maintain high occupancy levels. You will manage leasing activities, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and other laws, while fostering a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of property management experience, is customer-focused, and has strong communication skills.
