In this role, youll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of careall within one vibrant, on-site campus.

From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, youll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. What we require:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to document services accurately and on time

• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred
