Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pearland, TX, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on industry trends, negotiate contracts, and develop tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs. This position requires a proactive approach and excellent communication, customer engagement, and strategic planning skills. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and identifying growth opportunities Knowledge of the logistics, international trade, or transportation industry with expertise in isotanks or bulk liquid chemicals transportation preferred Strong skills in Negotiation, Sales Strategy, and Contract Management Proficiency in Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Competitive Insight Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and professional software platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr DJD TANK CONTAINER GROUP
