In this position... * We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Plant Financial Analyst to join our team at a pivotal moment as we modernize finance operations through automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. * Working closely with the Plant Controller, this role delivers real-time financial insight to the operating management committee across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. * You'll partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams — not just to report on cost and performance, but to help reimagine how finance adds value on the plant floor through smarter tools, streamlined processes, and predictive insights.
