Customer Success Coordinator

Job Description
Endurance IT Services has a client in FinTech seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination between clients, support teams, and internal departments. This role focuses on ensuring requests are efficiently managed, clients remain informed, and operational processes run smoothly from initiation to completion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail are critical to success. Candidates with a background in Customer Success, Client Services, Account Management, or Support Operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Service Coordination, Operations, Project Coordination, or Account Management

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, or workflow management tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business applications

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, software, or professional services environment is preferred
