School LPN/LVN

The School Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of student/client care and/or contracted services in a school setting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contracted services. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare Staffing's philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.

Position Details:

• Part-Time/PRN Float Pool

• Shift Pick up: Monday - Friday, daytime school year schedule

• Independent work environment

• $28 hourly

• $30 hourly for same day coverage

• Weekly Pay

• Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K)

• No Interview

• Start date flexible / as soon as possible

• Locations all throughout Hillsborough County

• Incentive for Bilingual (Spanish) required positions

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) license in Florida

• 1 year of recent LPN pediatric experience

• Willingness to learn a new setting if needed

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Within 35 minutes driving distance to Hillsborough County

• At least 2 days of availability per week

• Pick up at least 3 shifts per month
