Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying and managing medical conditions under the supervision of a Physiatrist. * Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on function and rehabilitation to improve patients' quality of life. * Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, including medication management and therapy recommendations. * Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care. * Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications * Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a valid Washington certification. * Experience working independently while effectively managing your own caseload. * Submit accurate and thorough clinical documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
