Preferred Skillsets Front Reception desk - first point of contact for visitors. Must be presentable, professional, and courteous. Issuing visitor badges and verifying that the required facility orientation has been completed before badge issuance Assisting with document management coordinating events (catering and venue, may be subject to picking up catering orders or setting up remote venues) Candidate should be able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and Lift up to 50lbs. Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own in a quiet environment. Organizational skills are required to keep priority items in focus.
