About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Orchards at Harper Woods, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team, working closely with our Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Pay starts at $28.00 per hour and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapist in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions
• Perform physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Monitor and record patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols and departmental policies

Requirements:

• Education: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Certification: Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in MI
