Catalyst Corporation is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Manager Trainee Program in Oak Brook, IL .

This full-time, hands-on training program is designed for individuals interested in developing experience in sales, customer engagement, business development, team leadership, and daily operations.

As a Manager Trainee, you'll start by learning the fundamentals of our client campaigns and customer acquisition process before developing additional skills in training, leadership, and team management. Catalyst Corporation works with established brands across industries including telecommunications, smart home services, and renewable energy.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience
• Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals
• Learn the daily operations behind client campaigns
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
• Develop skills in team training, coaching, and performance management
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members as you progress
• Work alongside management to understand campaign and business operations
• Help maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment
