PositionSummary TheFieldServicesCoordinatorwillsupporttheFieldServicesManagerwithtrackingandmaintainingfacilityandfleetmanagement. PositionDescription SupportSupervisorwithmonitoringfleetandmanagingcommunicationswithfieldpersonnel,includingjobschedulingandtechnicianscheduling. MonitorandassessfieldoperationsforequipmentneedsandmanagePOprocess. Assistwithschedulingofpreventativemaintenanceandannualinspections. SupportShopPartsManagerandcreatelong-terminventoryandstockinginformation. Maintaincompanytollpasssystemsincludingmanagingtranspondersandpayables. SupportAdministratorwithcompliance,registrations,inspections,certifications,andpermits. Maintainfuelcardsoftwareforsetupandutilization. Assistwithdevelopmentofinternaloperationsprocessimprovements.
