Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A valid 461 TN SPED License
• Expertise in implementing IEPs for students with diverse learning needs
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for cultivating positive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, adapt, and deliver engaging lessons that meet students’ individual abilities and goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and goal tracking
• Advocate for the needs and strengths of each student within a collaborative team model
• Foster independence, inclusion, and self-confidence for every learner

Role Details:

• Start date: August 10, 2026
• End date: May 27, 2027
• Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
• Focused on serving K-5 students
