Ridgefield Speech Therapist – School-Based Opening
We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for K–12 school-based positions in a variety of locations citywide for the extended school year as well as next school year. These are W-2 positions offering competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) matching, and licensure reimbursement.
We work closely with clinicians to match them with placements that fit their preferences, including:
- K–12 age groups
- Classroom and caseload preferences
- Preferred school settings and locations
Responsibilities include: providing speech and language services, collaborating with school teams, participating in IEP meetings, and maintaining student documentation.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license or ability to obtain
School-based experience preferred
IEP and AAC experience preferred
CCC-SLP preferred, CF-SLPs considered

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.92 to $60.92. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
