Shipping Specialist

Location: Doral, FL

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our aviation parts team. This position is responsible for packaging, processing, and shipping orders while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Candidates with experience using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, shipping software, or warehouse management systems are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship aviation parts according to company procedures.

• Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping platforms.

• Ensure all parts are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Verify shipment accuracy and include all required documentation.

• Scan, upload, and maintain shipping records within company systems.

• Track shipments and support order fulfillment activities.

• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience.

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, or other shipping software .

• Strong computer and data entry skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping aviation, aerospace, industrial, or high-value parts.

• Familiarity with inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
