Work Environment\n

This position allows for a full-time remote work environment with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a dynamic team that embraces innovative therapeutic practices, leveraging technology to enhance communication and collaboration among colleagues, clients, and families. Regular team meetings will ensure alignment on client care strategies and encourage an ongoing exchange of ideas and best practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with educational staff and families to identify and address students’ mental health needs, developing comprehensive care plans that include therapeutic activities and interventions.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying informed of the latest research and methodologies in clinical social work to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents in the school environment, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will address the unique needs of this population, working towards creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters emotional resilience and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• Proven experience (at least 2 years) providing individual and group therapy, particularly in a school or educational environment.

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
