Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage collaboratively with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists to identify and address the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform the development of personalized care plans that reflect the individual’s psychosocial and emotional needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family counseling, to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies among clients.

• Deliver educational resources related to mental health and substance use that empower clients and families on their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about progressive treatment modalities and evidence-based practices within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your key focus will include working with individuals grappling with substance use disorders, primarily those in the early stages of detoxification and recovery. This role also involves supporting family members, guiding them through interventions that promote understanding and coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
