Customer Data Steward

Responsibilities

• Steward customer data ensuring accuracy, completeness, integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for customer master data
• Review, validate, and update customer records across systems and applications
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and support ongoing management needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, customer master data, or data governance
• Functional knowledge of data governance principles and data quality practices
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $56,000 - $77,000 base annually
