Job description:Close Companions, located at Williamsburg Retirement Community, is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team!We are hiring for an overnight Caregiver!11 P.M. - 7 A.M.Benefits:Flexible schedulesOpportunities for advancementFun and rewarding environmentShift Differential for NOC and Weekend ShiftsOur "WOW" culturePaid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision are available for all full-time employeesFull staff in all of our buildings (housekeeping, dietary, activities, etc), so you can focus on being a caregiverWe have the best residentsResponsibilities:Provide compassionate care and support to our residents throughout the night.Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety monitoringEnsure residents are comfortable and cared for, reporting any concerns promptlyMaintain accurate records and documentationRequirements:Basic computer skillsSelf-starter and able to work independentlyCNA Certification preferred, but not required.Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectivelyHigh tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool headExperience as CNA /Med Tech.Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals.
