PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities, and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning, and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.Your ImpactLeverage your experience in financial services, product management, or engineering to innovate in Wealth Management. As a product manager, you will be critical to modernizing and reinventing the Wealth Management digital platform. Join a team of creative and driven product managers to help build digital solutions that empower clients and advisors. We’re looking for someone passionate about crafting intuitive and user-centric products that elevate user experience. Get hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle, and learn to write requirements, manage project execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and test the features you bring to market. How You Will Fulfill Your PotentialDevelop a strong understanding of the PWM business goals, processes, and players, and collaborate closely with them to drive product requirements and success.Drive the execution of the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering development.Partner with colleagues in Engineering, Design, Operations, and Program Management to support the delivery of user-centric features.Solicit stakeholder input and coordinate amongst multiple groups to inform requirements, including Business, Legal, and Compliance.Become familiar with analytics and data used to measure product success and usage.Parse larger product feature projects into smaller components while understanding dependencies.Translate complex problem statements into clear and actionable next steps for impacted groups.Analyze end-user feedback – helping identify and develop solutions when necessary.Participate in ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition (feature lists and prioritization).Skills & Experience We're Looking ForBachelor’s Degree required.1-2 years of work experience in product management, engineering, or the financial services sector (ideally in Wealth Management).Ability to quickly pick up new concepts and become a subject matter expert in certain products or processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead calls and trainings, and adjust content according to the respective audience.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize differing requirements.Strong attention to detail; strong logical and analytical thinker.High degree of personal accountability and teamwork, going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time and of quality.Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes, documenting workflows and edge cases, and communicating solutions with clarity.Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and identify potential risks, issues, and solutions.Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders .Ability to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines.Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75,000-$125,000.
