Enhance your expertise in investment advisory programs and governance.Job DescriptionProduct Manager – Wealth OverviewThe Product Manager – Wealth role focuses on operational excellence within private wealth products and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, govern, and manage lifecycle processes for investment products.Define parameters, eligibility rules, and structural guardrails for private wealth products and programs.Translate product intent into operational specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational rigor.Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to ensure seamless product implementation.Contribute to the design of investment advisory programs, including data specifications and governance frameworks.Support product launches by delivering accurate parameter specifications for execution teams.Identify and resolve gaps or risks in product governance, driving documentation improvements.Product Manager – Wealth Key Responsibilities & DutiesDefine and maintain rules governing product eligibility and operational parameters.Design operational specifications for investment advisory programs and client-facing initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent data structure and reporting across systems.Maintain governance artifacts, including eligibility frameworks and decision logs.Support product launches by ensuring downstream teams have accurate specifications.Identify and resolve inconsistencies or risks in governance frameworks.Act as a subject matter expert for product and program rules across various teams.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards.Product Manager – Wealth Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; Series 7 & 66 certifications preferred.5+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on investment products or wealth management.Strong knowledge of investment product structures, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments.Experience with investment advisory models, fee structures, and regulatory frameworks.Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications.Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with account data structures, reference data management, and product governance.
