NERC Compliance Engineering Analyst - Power Generation
Constellation Energy
Constellation Energy is seeking an Engineering Analyst, NERC Compliance to support reliable, compliant operation of our power generation fleet. In this role, you will interpret and apply NERC and regional reliability standards, perform compliance risk assessments, and support audits and evidence preparation. You will analyze system and equipment data, document technical findings, and help develop mitigation plans and corrective actions. Partnering with engineering, operations, and IT, you’ll track regulatory changes, maintain compliance records, and contribute to continuous improvement in reliability and grid resilience.
