About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key financial tasks, including day-to-day accounting, preparation and review of financial statements, and oversight of inventory tracking in collaboration with production teams. The role also involves managing chargebacks, investigating discrepancies, and resolving retailer-related issues. Additionally, the Deputy CFO will be in charge of supervising accounts receivable, working to improve financial processes, and ensuring strong internal controls. Applicants for the Deputy CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred. Experience in a consumer goods environment, particularly in the fashion or apparel sector, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with strong financial and accounting skills, including familiarity with reconciliations, basic reporting, and day-to-day accounting tasks. Experience with accounting or ERP software is essential, as is a background in people management and a hands-on leadership style. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
