Our clinicians work in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment that values professional development, innovation, and compassionate care.If you're ready to bring your expertise in assessment and therapy to a team that's making a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPsychological Assessment & Diagnostic ServicesConduct psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments for clients across the lifespan, with a focus on diagnostic clarification (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, learning and cognitive challenges).Collaborate with referral sources such as therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and schools to determine appropriate testing batteries.Interpret results and produce integrated psychological reports with clear clinical recommendations.Communicate findings to families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care.Clinical TreatmentProvide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-focused approaches.Maintain a diverse clinical caseload, with flexibility to develop areas of specialization (e.g., child/adolescent therapy, trauma, anxiety disorders).Develop individualized treatment plans and track client progress in collaboration with the care team.Team Collaboration & Clinical LeadershipParticipate in multidisciplinary case conferences and clinical team meetings.Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency, MassHealth, and regulatory standards.Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive clinical environment.Provide supervision or training to interns or postdoctoral fellows when applicable.Skills & Areas of ExpertisePsychological and mental health assessmentEvidence-based therapeutic techniquesTrauma-informed careGroup therapy facilitationPsychoeducation and mindfulness strategiesCase formulation and treatment planningChild and adolescent developmentConflict resolution and family supportSubstance use counseling and integrated behavioral health careQualificationsDoctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related fieldLicensed Psychologist (required)CANS Certification3–5 years of relevant clinical experienceExperience providing psychological testing and outpatient therapyFamiliarity with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practicesExperience working with MassHealth or publicly insured populations preferredStrong clinical writing and communication skillsValid driver's license (Class C or D)
