Become part of our team.Job DescriptionMain TasksAssisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specificationsPerforming cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working orderSupporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as neededIdentifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshootingAdministering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performanceCapability to set up and produce product at acceptable quality levels.Ability to changeover equipment from model to model in predetermined times and produces products at acceptable quality levels.Perform SPC checks and maintain quality documentation.Knowledge to determine if equipment is not performing to standard.Knowledge to follow BOM and produce products to schedule.Ability to maintain process scrap to acceptable levels.5S dutiesPerform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.Performs other job related duties as assignedRequirements:Knowledge of proper use of hand tools.Ability to use and measure with precision measuring tools, calipers, micrometers.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine root cause of malfunctionPerforms activities in a positive and professional manner.Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion.Must have knowledge of and adhere to the current Quality and Environmental System requirements that relate to this job.Technical Training or certificationAre you full of ideas?
