Pilates Addiction Tampa - Brandon is looking for a dynamic and driven Studio Manager to lead operations at our Tampa - Brandon, FL location. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a creative studio environment, inspire a talented team, and deliver an exceptional experience to every client who walks through our doors. The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio—driving growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every member feels seen, supported, and inspired. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, embraces accountability, and knows how to turn potential into performance 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Pre-Sale, VIP Memberships Process, Soft Opening, Grand Opening, and Sustained Operations efforts.
• Lead the studio’s membership expansion through strategic outreach, in-studio tours, and community engagement.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Lead, schedule, and mentor studio staff to maintain high performance and team morale
• Manage client relationships, bookings, and inquiries with professionalism and care
• Monitor and manage studio budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Develop and implement studio policies, procedures, and best practices
• Drive membership, sales, and revenue growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and facility standards.

Member Experience, Retention, Leadership, Recruitment, and Community Engagement:

• Develop and execute retention strategies, referral programs, and member appreciation events.
• Recruit, train, and inspire Pilates Educators and Sales Associates who embody the Pilates Addiction standard.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and consistent sales results.
• Build Pilates Addiction’s presence within the community through partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing.
• Represent the brand at local happenings, sharing the story, energy, and innovation that set Pilates Addiction apart.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a boutique studio, fitness, or membership-based environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
• Experience recruiting and managing teams
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic business reporting
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage operational budgets
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members to convert interest into commitment through CRM.
• Prior studio Pre-Sale launch experience is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary + Generous Commission Structure based on membership sales, membership retention, and revenue KPIs
