Studio Manager

Position Overview We are looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) who is passionate about fitness, thrives in sales, and is ready to grow into a leadership role. Multiple locations available. This is a fast‑track leadership role designed for someone who wants to become a Studio Manager. You will work directly with ownership and leadership to develop skills in sales, operations, and team management . Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales through leads, referrals, and community outreach Conduct studio tours, consultations, and closing sales Manage and follow up with leads using CRM systems Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and promotions Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience Help lead and motivate staff and coaches Track KPIs and hit monthly sales targets Qualifications Sales experience required (fitness, retail, or service industry) Degree or equivalent experience in Exercise Physiology and fitness management Strong communication and closing skills High energy, positive attitude, and team mindset Passion for fitness and helping others Organized and goal‑oriented Previous experience with Mindbody, GHL and Canva Previous experience with social media and event planning Competitive base salary + commission Performance bonuses Free F45 membership This position will grow into a full‑time Studio Manager role Fun, high‑energy work environment Ability to make a real impact in people’s lives What We’re Looking For Someone who treats this like a career, not just a job A self‑starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do A closer who loves hitting (and beating) sales goals Future leader ready to take ownership of a studio #J-18808-Ljbffr F45 Training CP006338
