Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

From your first arc of the day to the final inspection, you bring precision to every bead. You will set up and operate hand welding equipment, perform clean single welds ranging from minimal to long passes, and handle fabrication tasks that keep production moving. You will read blueprints with confidence, make rough cuts, use an orbital sander to finish surfaces, and verify height, depth, and thickness to ensure each part matches specification. Throughout the shift, you will lift and move materials up to 60 lbs while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and collaborating with the team.

• Set up and operate hand welding equipment for MIG welding.
• Execute single welds, from minimal passes to long passes.
• Perform rough cuts and finish surfaces with an orbital sander.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Measure and verify weld and material height, depth, and thickness.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail in every task.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs consistently.

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder.
• Skill in setting up and operating welding equipment.
• Ability to perform precise single welds and make accurate rough cuts.
• Familiarity with operating an orbital sander.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs consistently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
