Treasury Manager, Cash Management

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Treasury Manager for Cash Management to lead cash operations, liquidity forecasting, payments, and banking infrastructure for DePuy Synthes, a planned standalone orthopedics company. The role reports to the Assistant Treasurer, manages a small team, and oversees daily cash positioning, bank relationships, and treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management for operational and debt-service requirements
• Lead regional cash forecasting, variance analysis, and coordinate with FP&A, Tax, and business finance teams
• Oversee high-value treasury payments, bank reconciliations, and payment exception management
• Manage bank relationships, Kyriba optimization, account governance, and treasury system improvements
• Lead and develop 1-2 Treasury Analysts; direct banking migrations and separation-readiness transformations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or payments
• Hands-on expertise in cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank-account administration
• Deep working knowledge of Kyriba system including cash management and payment workflows
• Understanding of payment rails, electronic banking security, SOX controls, and fraud prevention
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-leadership skills with multinational experience preferred
