Salary: $87,000.00–$101,000.00 per year

Automotive Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing, including wages, overtime, deductions, benefits, and adjustments.

• Review timekeeping records and resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports in QuickBooks.

• Coordinate payroll tax filings and year-end reporting with accounting and payroll providers.

• Maintain confidential employee records and support payroll audits.

• Answer employee payroll questions and improve payroll procedures.

• Use Ramp to support expense reconciliation and related financial workflows.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in payroll management or a senior payroll role.

• Familiarity with all four platforms: Ramp, QuickBooks, ADP, and Gusto.

• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour requirements, and payroll reconciliation.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling confidential information.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related experience is preferred.
