Data Entry Associate

Title : Data Entry Associate
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration : 3-month contract
Schedule : 4 days onsite/week (M-TH), Friday remote (8:30-5:30)
Pay Rate : 20/hr
Start Date : November 2nd, 2026
Must Have Skills & Experience :
- Entry level (recent graduates, 0-1 years) experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Data entry experience (professional, internship, or academic)
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience :
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, or internal tracking tools
- Experience in financial services, operations, commercial real-estate, or administrative support environments
- Internship experience in commercial real-estate industry
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Description :
- Data entry and data management
- Updating and maintaining records
- Supporting analyst team with administrative/data-related tasks
- Assisting with increased workload as business activity ramps up in November
- Ensuring accuracy and quality of entered data
