Summary Provide high-touch customer service and drive sales of fine jewelry within the in-store fine jewelry department. The role focuses on clienteling, product expertise, visual merchandising, and achieving individual sales targets. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations. Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and clienteling activities. Demonstrate product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, metals, and designer collections. Achieve individual and team sales goals; process transactions and maintain accurate sales records. Maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock, and uphold display and security procedures. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods. Strong customer service, communication, and clienteling skills. Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry care or willingness to learn.
