Adecco is hiring for a Master Scheduler for a manufacturer in Devens! This is a direct hire opportunity.
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Key Responsibilities

Schedule Creation : Build the master production schedule (MPS) or integrated master schedule (IMS).
Demand Matching : Balance sales forecasts and actual orders with production capabilities.
Resource Sync : Align labor, materials, and equipment timelines to prevent bottlenecks.
Risk Tracking : Monitor project milestones and analyze potential schedule delays.
Common Tools & Skills

Software : Microsoft Project, Primavera, or specialized ERP systems.
Core Traits : Strong analytical skills, cross-functional communication, and supply chain knowledge

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
