Job Overview
Bartender Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix cocktails according to recipes and customer preferences
- Verify customer age and follow alcohol service laws
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and promote responsible drinking
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies
- Follow and complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware, bar equipment, and workstations
- Promote daily specials and upsell premium beverages
- Track inventory and report low-stock items
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma ABLE License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Bartending Experience
- Food Handlers Permit (Preferred)

- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cash handling and math skills
