WHAT WE SEEK

The Director of Nursing (DON) at our Health Campuses is responsible for overseeing the health needs of our residents and managing the Nursing Services Department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care under the direction of the Executive Director/Administrator and the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department along with its programs and activities, adhering to current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the Health Campus.
• Lead the clinical team with an emphasis on clinical excellence and outstanding customer service.
• Establish, implement, and maintain a continuous quality assurance program for the nursing service department, taking appropriate actions to address identified deficiencies.
• Engage in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the Health Campus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
