Financial Analyst | Manufacturing | Downers Grove | Hybrid
\n \nWe’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company on a Financial Analyst opportunity supporting a specific business unit and working closely with operational leadership.
\nThis is a great fit for someone who wants to get closer to the business, not just sit in corporate reporting.
\n \n*IDEAL CANDIDATE: Someone with 1-3 years of FP&A experience at a manufacturing company.**
\n \nWhat You’ll Own
\n- \n
- Budgeting, forecasting & monthly close \n
- Manufacturing variance analysis and cost drivers \n
- Business-unit P&L and KPI reporting \n
- Financial support for operational decisions, including CapEx and cost initiatives \n
- Power BI reporting and financial dashboards \n
- Direct partnership with Finance, Operations & business leadership \n
Requirements/Most Desirable Background
\n- \n
- 1–3 years of Financial Analyst / FP&A experience \n
- Experience supporting a manufacturing plant, division, or business unit \n
- Strong budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis experience \n
- Power BI preferred \n
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field \n
