Technical Director

Technical Director - Play 2 Building Glenbard EastSupervises all activities of the student organization. Reports To Assistant Principal for Student Services, Assistant Activity Director of the building assigned. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include supervising all elections, approving candidates for club offices, training officers and members, submitting constitutions or charters, approving club announcements and activities, being present at meetings and events, making an annual inventory of equipment and supplies, completing forms and reports, consulting with the Assistant Principal for Student Services, and ensuring representation at Presidents Council Meetings. Knowledge and Skills include reading, analyzing, and interpreting documents, writing professional communications, establishing working relationships, communicating clearly, completing mathematical operations, solving practical problems, maintaining current job skills, and performing essential duties with awareness of school district requirements and School Board policies. Physical Demands include sitting, standing, walking, operating machines and computer equipment, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and using vision abilities. Work Environment includes moderate noise levels and fast pace, usually conducted at one job site with occasional travel for meetings and events.
