Superintendent - Commercial Construction The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications. Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule construction phases.
