Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Michigan

Schedule: Rotating shifts with every other weekend requirement; mix of day and night shifts available

• Open heart surgical ICU experience required – work with complex cardiac patient populations
• Flexibility to float to Emergency Department and Step-Down units as needed
• Collaborative, physician-led care planning with a focus on evidence-based practice
• Leadership opportunities including precepting, mentoring, and team coordination
• No on-call requirements
• Travel nursing experience preferred but not required

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience (required)
• Open heart surgical experience (required)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (required)
• Comfortable floating to Emergency Department and Step-Down units
• TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, or SCRN certifications preferred
• Neurosurgical experience a plus
