An ideal candidate should be a leader with a coaching attitude who enjoys helping the restaurant management team and team members run efficient back-of-house operations./ppstrongPosition Details/strong/pulliMaintain high employment standards consistent with Bloomin Brands policies/liliAssist in set ups for the opening crew in the kitchen/liliCheck schedule for in-coming team members/liliAdhere to and coach on security procedures/liliEvaluate the close from night before/liliReview daily inventory/liliPrepare to receive orders/liliTrack of shelf-life adherence/liliCheck temps on freezer, dish machine and refrigeration units before prepping/liliLearn flavor profiles and specifications of menu items/liliFollow recipe cards with no compromise/liliReview daily sanitation checklists and conduct checks/liliConduct daily health inspections/liliAdhere to sanitation, temperature and food safety standards/liliWork the flow and timeliness of tickets to ensure exceptional cook times/li/ulpstrongMinimum Requirements/strong/pulliCertified trainer in any back-of-house functions/liliPassing grade in Assessment testing/liliMust be willing and able to work a flexible schedule/liliLegal authorization to work in the United States/liliMinimum 21 years of age/li/ulpstrongPreferred Requirements/strong/pulliPrevious experience in restaurant industry/liliPreviously held positions of leadership/liliTrained and proficient in all areas of back-of-house functions/li/ulpBloomin Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
