Important Client Hiring Requirements We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience specifically in a Senior or Manager-level position within public accounting. Candidates may have 5+ years of overall tax experience, but the client requires demonstrated experience at the appropriate senior level. The selected candidate will be replacing a long-term employee with approximately 30 years of experience who was responsible for some of the firm's larger and more complex clients. These clients include complex multi-entity organizations requiring detailed tax work, strong technical expertise, ownership of engagements, and excellent client communication. Candidates must therefore demonstrate proven experience with complex multi-entity clients, detailed tax preparation and review, engagement ownership, and direct client communication. For candidates who are solely remote, the client requires especially strong and proven experience matching these expectations. Candidates without demonstrated senior-level experience handling complex clients and engagements will not be considered. Take ownership of detailed technical review for complex client engagements.
