Regional Manager of Human Capital – Mountain Region As a key strategic leader, the Regional Manager of Human Capital (RMHC) helps drive business growth by aligning people strategies with organizational goals. The RMHC collaborates with the Regional Director of Human Capital to lead all core functions—recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, succession planning, and safety—for branches in the Mountain region. The RMHC serves as a trusted advisor, champions employee engagement and development, ensures compliance, and demonstrates GardaWorld’s values through servant leadership and operational excellence. Career Growth : Opportunities at GardaWorld Responsibilities Partner with the Regional Director of Human Capital to align strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and retention. Partner with leadership to support organizational development and change initiatives, including contributing to training program development and delivery. Coach, train, and develop branch Human Capital teams and conduct weekly one‑on‑ones and structured team meetings. Manage end‑to‑end HR processes: hiring, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and offboarding. Gather competitive data, stay informed on industry trends, and assess labor market conditions to inform hiring practices. Review and distribute performance metrics and reporting to ensure data integrity and HR & TA operations. Monitor workforce metrics—turnover, time‑to‑fill, NBOT, compliance, legal—and develop improvement strategies. Ensure completion of unemployment claims processing and maintain accurate employment records. Coordinate coverage during planned time off for Regional Recruiters and Human Resources Managers. Support consistent application of HR policies across branches. Implement effective recruitment strategies across all markets, monitor and manage the recruiting budget, and facilitate talent pipeline development. Assist in creating position descriptions and filling hard‑to‑fill positions, while optimizing applicant tracking and scheduling tools. Maintain branch compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, OSHA, EEO). Investigate and resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially. Support branches in driving a positive workplace culture and employee experience. Collaborate with corporate functions on policy updates, job descriptions, and strategic initiatives. Assist with large‑scale transitions related to new business ventures. Demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, discretion, and confidential information handling. Contribute to other sourcing, recruitment, marketing, and retention initiatives as assigned.
