Program Financial Analyst

What You Will Do Lead and support the monthly financial planning, forecasting, and close process (RPLAN), ensuring completion of deliverables in accordance with established schedules and program requirements. Develop Quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), providing financial analysis and reporting to program leadership. Perform PRISM and material financial analysis, including MRP updates, grouping, pegging, distribution impacts, and end-to-end material cost analysis. Prepare and communicate financial forecasts, commitments, risks, opportunities, and program financial status to program teams and leadership. Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost, schedule, and variance analysis, identifying financial drivers and supporting corrective action planning. Prepare and maintain cost, schedule, funding, and financial reports using enterprise financial tools and standardized processes. Review and validate EAC inputs, executive presentations, proposal financial data, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial processes. Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience. Experience partnering with cross‑functional organizations, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and other business functions. Experience analyzing financial and operational data to support portfolio performance, identify cost and schedule variances, and support financial planning activities. Experience managing multiple assignments and priorities in a matrixed organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis), PowerPoint, and Word. Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for access to information supporting U.S. Government contracts and security clearance eligibility. Qualifications We Prefer Experience using SAP, APEX EV, Business Warehouse (BW), or comparable enterprise financial systems. Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) or Defense programs. Knowledge of government accounting requirements and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance. Experience preparing financial briefings, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders. Salary The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
