Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic wounds in inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include debridement, dressing selection, infection management, and pressure injury prevention. The NP will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients, families, and staff, and document care thoroughly.
