Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver specialized assessment, treatment, and education for patients with acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will independently evaluate patients, perform debridement and advanced wound therapies, order and interpret diagnostics, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize healing and prevent complications. You will support ECHN’s mission of compassionate, community-focused care while benefiting from professional growth opportunities in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
