Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a Level II trauma teaching hospital, requiring 2+ years of experience and NICU/pediatric background.

Details

• Acute care teaching hospital with 110 beds
• Rotates through ICU, MedSurg, NICU, and ER departments within the Cardiopulmonary department
• All patient ages served, from neonate through adult
• Will float throughout the hospital
• Day shift schedule, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• No call requirements
• Uses PB980, EV300, and Airvo equipment

Requirements

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• AA degree in Respiratory Therapy required
• NICU and/or pediatric experience required
• Must be able to respond to codes for all ages, neonate through adult
• ICU and NICU experience preferred
• WA state license required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs required, any color accepted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
