Part Time - Cardiac Clinical Nurse

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety and quality initiatives. Collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans is essential. The role requires critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement.
