Maintaining an organized and clean vehicle Ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality Willingness to learn and excel with Limitless Restoration Basic Qualifications Minimum age requirement is 18 years old. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds is necessary. High school diploma/GED Ability to travel locally and in state, when necessary Must meet all criteria for criminal background & driving record Must maintain and keep current drivers license Willingness to work on an afterhours/on-call/holidays rotation is expected Preferred Training IICRC certifications – WRT – ASD – ARMT preferred, but not required Previous experience in cleaning/restoration Xactimate experience preferred 3 years’ experience as lead restoration tech Work Environment The work environment is subject to changes in temperature and weather conditions and may involve loud noises and hazardous areas such as confined crawl spaces and attics. Hazards encountered may include wastewater, mold, soot, smoke, and bio-hazard sites.
