Site Supervisor

Title: Site Supervisor (NOW HIRING) Compensation: $70,304 - $70,500 per year Job Overview The Site Supervisor will be responsible for safely coordinating activities within the assigned program, including company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Duties include inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. Some travel may be required for this position. Roles & Responsibilities Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline. Prepare reports such as pass‑down, weekly, or monthly reports. Perform quality, service, and safety inspections. Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair. Track supplies and maintain inventory. Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance. Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager; correct at‑risk behavior immediately and report to manager. Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas needing improvement. Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data. Qualifications Six months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Valid driver’s license (may be required). Bilingual in Spanish (plus). Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Excellent written and verbal skills, customer service, training abilities, and time‑management skills. Problem‑solving, presentation, and coaching skills. Ability to read and understand documentation such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Effective communication with customers, contractors, or employees. Use of forklifts and pallet jacks (plus). Supervisory Responsibilities Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements. Physical Demands & Work Environment The role requires frequent sitting, talking or listening.
