Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.We're looking for an Operations Manager to build high-stakes FinCrime systems from zero to one. Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingBuilding complex FinCrime systems from the ground upEliminating manual friction with end-to-end automated solutionsDriving infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing marketsTaking full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global executionCollaborating with the Engineering team to scale internal workflowsWhat You'll Need2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environmentA 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subjectProficiency in SQL and PythonExpertise in developing scalable processesA solid track record of leading complex, high-stakes projects end to endThe ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speedFluency in EnglishCompensation RangeKrakow: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*Vilnius: €3,300 - €4,500 gross monthly*Poland: PLN14,200 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*Lithuania: €3,300 - €4,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
