Key Qualifications:

• Arizona Special Education Certification required
• Active IVP (Identity Verified Prints) Card
• Previous experience in IEP development, monitoring progress, and leading IEP meetings
• Strong background in case management
• Prior leadership experience as a Special Education Director
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to build rapport within a tight-knit school community

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and services in resource settings through both push-in and pull-out models for K–8 students with IEPs
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30–35 students, leveraging strategic scheduling and student grouping for effective support
• Develop, write, and update IEPs, track progress, and report on student goal achievement
• Lead and facilitate IEP meetings in partnership with parents and staff
• Offer guidance and support as the Special Education Director, assisting with special education evaluations and compliance requirements
